Done right the first time

Install New Roof

Our crew installs your new roof to the manufacturer's specs so it holds up for decades.

Materials Delivered

Shingles, underlayment and accessories are dropped off early, before the crew arrives.

Property Protection

We cover landscaping, AC units, windows and walkways before any work starts.

Tear Off Starts

Old roofing comes off and goes straight into a dump trailer to keep your yard clean.

Wood Replacement

Damaged or rotted decking is found and replaced so your new roof sits on solid wood.

Underlayment Installation

Synthetic underlayment and ice and water shield go down as a second line of defense against water.

Shingle Installation

Your chosen shingles go on row by row, nailed to the manufacturer's specs.

Job Cleanup

Once the last ridge cap is on, the crew cleans up debris across your whole property.

Final Magnetic Sweep

A heavy-duty magnetic roller goes over your yard and driveway to pick up stray nails.

Final Inspection

Your project manager walks the roof and property with you to make sure you're happy.

Sleep Easy

Your new roof is finished, under warranty and ready for the years ahead.
