We started on storm damage — and never stopped documenting.
After a hail season in southwest Missouri, most homeowners were left sorting through contractors, adjusters and paperwork that nobody had time to explain. We built this company around that gap: a crew that photographs everything, writes the scope in plain language and shows up when the weather clears.
A decade and more than 150 projects later, the work ranges from single-slope repairs to full commercial membrane replacements. What has not changed is the operating rule — if it goes on a roof we would not accept on our own home, it does not go on yours.
Today we work across Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas and Oklahoma with our own crews, our own equipment and a phone that a real person answers.
